Damn! I just read all five chapters in one go - this is really, really good. I started tearing up when Remus told Sirius they thought he was a shade. I hope this all ends well - I love a good bit of angst, but I love a happy ending best : )

As for the previous scene, I'm afraid it's a point I can't argue. Perceptions are what they are and all I know is that it was not intended to be rape and I'm sorry some people are reading it that way. If it's any consolation to them, Sirius didn't seem to see it as rape and I'd guess he'd be the one to know. As to what Remus thinks, I couldn't say. Or, well, I could, but it wouldn't apply well to the story. :)
