You know, I've been following that moronic bit of news about Miss USA bashing gay marriage, and while I'm not surprised, the thing that always gets on my nerves is the people in these debates whose argument is:

"Quit bashing her and shut up! She's practicing her freedom of speech!"

Er....can you see that using the words 'shut up' and 'freedom of speech' in the same sentence is kinda, well, wrong? Incredibly, her right to freedom of speech also applies to everyone else who lives in the United States!

And my freedom of speech allows me to say that anyone who talks about God's intentions and how it should only be a man and a woman who can marry because that is the natural way of things? Should probably not have breast implants. S'all I'm saying.

I don't know why she just doesn't realize that she didn't lose points because she said she was against gay marriage. Her answer was just RETARDED. Even if she had been against 'opposite marriage' she would have lost points for dumb.
