I personally have 2 laptops, a 15" that is connected to a big (23") LCD monitor and is in my home office (and presently not used much because of my 2nd laptop), aka my sweet baby, a Dell cherry red laptop that is only 12"... while it is still bigger than an iPad, I can lug it everywhere (even at work for lunch time breaks) and do everything on it...
