I just had to get mine taken out. If you are having lots of trouble, they may do the same thing. It's kind of like an appendix, you don't really need it. It's usually an in and out procedure, and you should feel much better in a week or so. Be careful what you eat for a while, because your innards are re-adjusting. Hope you feel better soon!
