Oh, great! Now there is a mental image in my mind of which tribes would circumcise males and which wouldn't.
Hmm... Airbenders - body as a temple and all that. Definitely no circumcision. Waterbenders- no circumcision as every inch of skin would mean vital warmth ;) Earthbenders could go either way (what do you think?) Firebenders would circumcise their boys publicly with a heated sharp rock, and they would be expected to show no sign of pain, as a test of manhood.

Actually I thought this chapter was fun. Can't wait to read the next!
